Only real space, real materials, and real atmosphere. What immediately impressed me was the location. From the villa, it takes literally two minutes by scooter to reach the iconic Melasti Beach. That feeling — when the ocean is not just “nearby”, but part of your daily rhythm — is priceless. But the real surprise was inside. The layout is exceptionally well thought out. The private zone and the social zone live their own independent lives. The upstairs bedrooms are completely separated from the living room, kitchen and pool area below. No overlapping noise. No awkward transitions. Just calm, privacy and a very natural sense of personal space.
